Shipping is a flat $5 or FREE if you spend more then $49. If things don’t fit quite right, contact Twice and they will send you a pre-paid label to send your items back!
 

 
If you’re interested in selling items, the process seems really easy. Click on what type of garments you want to sell, and once you have a minimum value of $20, enter you address and they will send you a pre-paid label to send your items in.
 
Items must be freshly laundered and in excellent condition. Items with pilling, wear, discoloration, stains, tears, holes or other defects will not be accepted. Your items will be delivered to Twice within 5-10 business days of shipment. They’ll make an offer the same day your order is received and then you’ll have 14 days to review it. If you decide to take their offer, you’ll receive payment usually within 1-3 weeks.
 

If you don’t like the offer, they will send your clothes back for a $5 shipping charge or they’ll donate them to Goodwill for you.
