No Disneyland Ticket Discounts for SoCal Residents in 2013
If you’re in Southern California and looking to pick up the special Southern California Resident Discount during the slow season, it wont be available in 2013. This change is due to the success of California Adventure and Disney’s new Cars Land. Ticket sales have brought about record attendance and Disney does not expect the post-holiday slowdown it has experienced in the past.
So, if you want to do Disneyland on a discount, I recommend checking with your company’s Human Resources Department. They will often have corporate discount tickets available for purchase. (Don’t forget to ask family members to check their HR departments, too.)
If you plan on going to Disneyland or California Adventure more than 3 times in 2013, you might consider purchasing a So Cal Disney Annual Pass to save some money. You’ll have at least 170 days to choose from. And, Southern California Residents can choose to use monthly payment plan option.
The current pricing (as of 2/19/13) for single day tickets to the Disneyland Parks in California are:
Compare that to the Disney Southern California Resident Annual Pass Prices: If you go more than 4 times a year, it can be significant savings.
