How it works:

Attach the PetHub tag to your pet’s collar, then complete your pet’s free profile at PetHub.com. If someone finds your pet, they will be directed to your pet’s profile via the unique QR code or web address printed on your pet’s PetHub tag.

When the Good Samaritan scan the QR tag (QR Reader Apps are available for most smartphones) they will see critical medical and dietary requirements immediately, in addition to your contact info.

As soon as someone views your pet’s profile, you get an email notification, and if they viewed it by scanning the QR code, you also get a GPS-enabled map in the email, so you know where your pet is.
