Amazon: California & Pennsylvania Residents to be charged Sales Tax as of Sept 15th

According to this article on Money/CNN, California and Pennsylvania residents may be charged sales tax on Amazon purchases starting September 15th. Sales tax is already charged on Amazon purchases for residents of Kansas, Kentucky, New York, North Dakota, Texas, and Washington.
