So how do you like the new look of JC Penney’s? Do you like the new “Ellen” commercials?
They’ve just started to show their “Spring” TV ads, and I always think they are for Target, until I see the new square JCP logo at the end.

1. Every Day Value Pricing – The company will look at 2011 sales data and mark down all merchandise by 40% of 2011 pricing
2. Monthly Value discounts – Rather than constantly changing promotions, JC Penney’s will have a single monthly offer, more than likely based on holidays.
3. “Best Price” discounts- On the first and third Friday of every month, JC Penney will offer its ”best price” in a move to sell through extra inventory.
